A live-action Dragonball movie, based off the manga by Akira Toriyama, is scheduled for an August 15, 2008 release. It will be directed by James Wong, produced by Stephen Chow, and has already signed on Justin Chatwin, James Marsters, and Jamie Chung as Goku, Piccolo, and Chi Chi, respectively. Principal photography started in November.
