The Napa Valley Museum in California and the Nichi Bei Times will open “Manga & Anime: An Exhibition of Popular Cartoon Art” on August 15 with a reception with a special presentation by Jason Thompson (Manga: The Complete Guide). The exhibition will include artwork from Tak Toyoshima, Deb Aoki, and the winners of Nichi Bei Times’ last two manga art contests. It’ll run until September 14.
